Oh sweet nostalghia! Floppy disks. Centronics ports. Dot matrix
printers. OS/2. PCWize Slimeys. 10BASE2. 56k dialup modems. Gravis
Ultrasound. Roguemoticons. Tape backup. FIDO.

Those were the days.

It's Leif's site, and I think he doesn't read this list any more. I'll
contact him by PM.

I tried Antispam-Sniper recently but went back to Mailwasher (not as
plug in but stand-alone). For me the ability to delete mail on the
server without having to download it first is important. While
antispamsniper obviously can do that, I got frustrated that each time
I wanted to check my email accounts (about 10 of them), it took
several minutes for the process to finish. This seems to relate to the
checking process against various databases but in Mailwasher it is
done much faster. It also allows me to check on individual spam or its
headers before nuking them.

2009-07-20 Thread Jack S. LaRosa
Fellow list members,

Anyone else having trouble logging onto the subject website? I have a
working username and password but after entering them in the
appropriate boxes, the site starts to load (according to the Firefox
progress bar at the bottom of the login page) but never finishes.
Sometimes it never even starts. I have noticed this problem in the
past as it seems to come and go.

I was trying to get my picture uploaded to the Rogues Gallery a few
days ago and it looked like I was finally successful (after resizing
it numerous times), but now I'm not sure if it ever got there. I
received no confirmation that it had been accepted.

BTW, was I supposed to have named the photo file with my handle
(:Deuxdad:)? 'Cause I neglected to do that.

Hello All,

I have been using TB! for years.

But now it has just stumped me.

This is a fresh install on a fresh install of Server 2003.

I have used the old mail directories as all my backups were corrupt. (I have
never successfully restored TB! from backups as I think they should be but
that is a different story)

I have the main window set to full height account tree. The pain in the top
right show the messages sorted by reference + subject.

I want to sort them by Received (Up arrow) followed by Created (Up arrow). I
can set this for a folder. I can not save it when I move out of the folder it
looses it.

How do I save it.

I have tried to save save view mode to but this does not work.
