Is Kaspersky changing TB! AVConfig.INI without being asked for? I think you should make sure Kaspersky is NOT running when you edit its INI-file. It might be saving its marbles when you tell Windows to shut down - hence, your manual edits are wiped. Try to edit the INI-file and save
