I was wondering if there is some hidden feature somwhere that will
automatically sort folders alphabetically. This would be nice to do
after adding a bunch of sub folders to make them easier to find.

server since that is the network you are *connected* to when you send
email. SMTP is the same for both accounts, just POP settings should be
different.
