The amount of spam coming through these days is far too much so I have
bought McAfee's Spamkiller to help with the task.
The process is a two step one with SK running first to nuke the crap
and then running The Bat! to pick up the OK mail.

that might do what you ask - I don't use HTML mail, but if that's what
you messages are stored in I can't see why it won't work.
