Hello Dan,


DG Two possibilities are:

DG 1. Use the menus.

DGTheBat! = Account = Dispatch Mail on Server
DG   = New Messages Only
DG   OR
DG   = All Messages

DG 2. Use keyboard shortcuts.

DGHighlight any file in your account and then...

DGCtrl + F2(for new messages only)
DG   OR
DGShift + Ctrl + F2   (for all messages)

You can use mail dispatcher two ways - automatically and manually.

Automatically, you seem to have set it up correctly. What are your
settings for automatic checking? That would be under
options/periodical checking in the account properties dialog. If you
have messages on the server, the dispatcher should pop up when the
automatic check is performed.

Manually - Select the account you want to use. Either use the shortcut
keys - for New Messages it's Control + F2 keystroke combination
and for All Messages it's Shift + Control + F2 or on the menu go
to Account/Dispatch Mail on Server/ and there are two options - one
for All and one for New.  All of these invoke the dispatcher.
