Hello all, When managing several view nodes and a lot of folders, it would be very usefull that when opening the Use By.. dialog for a selected view mode it would display (show as ticked) those folders that are already using the selected view mode.

Hi Ken, I got the view settings to work trying your method. However, if I right click in a folder, it will show it is using a different view mode to what it should be, so I think that the whole view modes thing in The Bat! is a little buggy... Thanks, Chris

However, if you wish to be more complicated, i.e., use specific view modes for specific folders etc., then you can't apply a global view and instead have to set that global view mode to 'none'.
