MDP If you use the filter action of Delete the message instead MDP of Move to trash then it will just disappear without trace. CT It isn't about a filtered message, is is about messages (3-5000) CT I received, read, saved and now I want them deleted. I don't CT think a filter will help me here.

Is this possible ? I subscribed a couple of mailing lists, and every month or so I save the messages in a text file and delete them from the message base. Sending them to Trash and deleting the trash afterwards is time-consuming. The compressing time is also doubled. -- Cip
