I have visited a few sites, but found them less than captivating. Any

Since I never took a formal course in typing (some call it keyboarding
now), I have found that I type so slow that it impacts my efficiency.

I can type 100+ forward and around 60 backward on my computer, giving me a
typing speed of 160 wpm with a realized 40 wpm output. I started on a Royal

Hi, Dick. This is the list for those of us either thrown out of the
dark side, or who care to no longer associate there.
I have a dual citizenship, but spend way more time over here.
Did you get your blog problem taken care of?

I forgot to tell you that I never saw a popup on your site. I have a
couple of popup preventers, though, so I rarely see them anywhere anymore.
Oh yeah ... Welcome!

After being a software tech writer for 35 years, I'm almost ashamed to
admit that I can't touch type. But it doesn't slow me down. I look at
the keys and I type darned fast and fairly accurately at any rate. I do
all my composing on the keyboard, and I have to go back and edit anyway,

I used to think I was the same until I realized that when typing I
usually don't look down anymore. Of course when I focus on it, I end
up messing up and need to look down. Still when I look down, I'm not
even looking at keys... I'm just looking down. My fingers are still

Dust-up? I guess I missed something. Being blissfully ignorant of that

Oh, you haven't missed much. It seems that questions about blog problems
don't rate the same as chopped liver, passive voice, diectic pronouns, or
numbered lists in FrameMaker.
A few of the rest of us hang out there to invite other quality contributers

But I want to warn you against rabble rousing over here Mr. Margulis. We're
keeping an eye on you. Web rumor has it that you tend to think for
yourself, speak your mind, ask and answer questions.
Dick, kindly ignore Al. After all, he uses two spaces after his periods. ;-)
