I think it's a rock and a hard place. It would be nice to have tighter
controls of subscriptions but who's gonna do the work, and it'd be a PITA.

That's a tricky question, I guess.
It never used to be, but when we switched to the new server... a short
poll made it sound like a private archive would be more desirable.
With that said, we don't monitor/moderate subscriptions... so anyone can
