Going to any new OS is a big step, although most found it fairly painless going to 10.9. That said, I do have a major hold back from updating my servers. FileMaker 11 doesn't run correctly on 10.9 so at present I am VNCing to one of my servers (10.8) to access my FIleMaker dbs. I haven't tried

I think everyone in our group of programmers is already changed over to 10.9. This is irrelevant to your question, but FYI, all functions of Terascribe / Terascript 6 working fine with 10.9. (Terascribe J2EE compiler working, too, but only if you upgrade as opposed to starting from a "clean inst
