I tried everything that was suggested in the Troubleshooter. Norton doesn't
have the popup blocker since it's Norton 360. I even checked it in a word
editor, but the start seems to be fine and the rest suggested to take out
weren't even there! I don't understand. What's wrong?

We need more information if you want any help.
What wiki file are you using ?, get a new tiddlywiki.com file and see if
the same thing is happening. Are you opening it from a file or usb location
or at tiddlyspot or tiddlyspace, what browser are you using ?, do you see
anything even if

another person and she's the one who made it. It doesn't work for her

Eric, can you give us a best-practices overview of migrating a complex TW
to a new core version? Would it be as simple as exporting a ton of
tiddlers, and re-importing? (And which format?) or is there a better way...

ones with a certain set of tags? I would like to publish a certain portion
of my tiddlywiki and want to delete all my personal stuff from it before I
