I am try the solution proposed by Jeremy. And this work fine.

Now another has surfaced. There are no auto backups happening. When the
tiddler saves automatically or when manually saving changes, Chrome offers
a dialogue box wanting to save the TW file with (1)

I have just discovered something. I have (at least) two different versions
of TiddlySaver.jar
The older one (which came with 2.7.1) is 4.8 kb the newer one (came with
2.8.1) 11.8 kb. If I use the older one with 2.8.1 the backups are created,
but with the newer
