As Joshua pointed out it mainly is a convenience function for developers.
And as such it has some rough edges.
One of them you found out.
The second one is, that you can't define the "bag" that is used to store
completely new tiddlers. It is hardcoded by in the server tiddlywiki.info
I also really dig the `includeWikis` setting, there's a lot possible with
this type of "whole wiki transclusion".
One thing to note is that this feature was originally developed to allow
Jeremy to have 2 different folders for specific editions.
For example, the `tw5.com` and `tw5.com-server`
