Ok, I ended up figuring it out and this is how it went: I ended up using whatever's suggestion of forEachTiddler where 'tiddler.tags.contains(contents)' write '[[+tiddler.title+]]\n' but instead of the \n I put in a blank space which gave me the links in a line, with spaces between. Like so:
