After importing the CookieManagerPlugin and it's config from
tiddlytools.com, I uncheck Enable under browser cookies in the
cookie manager screen, and
1. I installed TaggerPlugin (http://tw.lewcid.org/#TaggerPlugin) on my
tiddlywiki (version 2.6.0), and put it into my EditTemplate.
2. I click on the Tags dropdown.
3. I check a tag.
