actually, questions (2) and (3) have the same nature: you have to use
special symbols and url encoding. For (2) this means:
tiddler Some Tiddler - file:///C:/path/to/TiddlyWiki.html#[[Some
Tiddler]] - file:///C:/path/to/TiddlyWiki.html#%5B%5BSome%20Tiddler%5D%5D

I just have the same need, thanks for your post and would like to have some

Yakov's SharedTiddlersPlugin is a great solution.
However, if you want to use the old skill of [[TiddlyWiki.html#Tiddler]],
I just figure out a new trick:
use {{ }} to make it a word.

I would've thought that surely I'd tried that before — but maybe I
just assumed it wouldn't work, for some reason.
It works great here, on all my Windows machines — and seems to support
relative paths with ./ and ../, even!
