Hi Scott
I've not heard of this affecting TW on IE10. It sounds as though the CSS
for the pre element has been messed up to lose the white-space: pre
setting. Are you using any non-standard CSS?
Best wishes

I have a problem with sync'ing. The problem is not the one covered in all
your support - ie it's not about using the plug-in to automatically sync
TiddlyWiki files to Dropbox.
Gents,
Is it possible that this site doesn't work anymore because my browser is
giving me a timeout.

I forgot to mention that it's not just IE10 that's new for my TWs; I'm also
editing them on Windows 8 for the first time.

Alt-F in most browsers search in current page. If only one tiddler is

Use the search SearchOptionsPluginInfo for fine control during search

Hi Scott
Just to be clear, do you get the problem when you view a tiddler on
tiddlywiki.com that contains monospaced formatting:
http://tiddlywiki.com/#ExamplePlugin
Or do you have to have editted the TiddlyWiki file on Windows 8 in order to
see the problem?

I'm having this probem at my new job where the only browser allowed is
IE8 on WinXP using TW2.6.2; I don't know if the browser is implicated.
My journal tiddlers use '-0MM-0DD_0hh:0mm:0ss' as the tile string
and the workunit as the tags (e.g., QuarterlyReport). These journals

In javascript, the + operator can be used either to join text

Hi Saq,
nice to hear you're here.
Couple of suggestions for better appearence of the repository:
* add inline frames to enable quick preview right on the site
* would be nice if the list of themes (the menu) is scrollable (separately
from the page itself). Currently, for themes on the bottom
Thanks a LOT!! I used the info you supplied (great explanation!) to

Hi Guy,
It seems that you are pretty close in getting it working. And I have to admit,
it is really complex, the whole syncing stuff. But we have to work within the
limitation of TW. - Anyway, just to recap how the syncing works. There are 3
data sources:
* ios with its internal store
* TW
How can this be done?

I would agree with Mario and others to add a link to the basic markup guide to

For lack of a well structured more comprehensive documentation - that
should cover the basics to get started with adding content.
In the long run I would prefer a link to a comprehensive
Hi Sticky Notes,
While Eric is around, I believe his HTMLFormattingPlugin [1] might be of
interest to you. It allows you to weave Wiki syntax inside html blocks.

My configuration is a tweak of TWT-Blackicity.

Hi Silvercat,
No idea what your problem might be, though I have changed the css slightly.
Justed tested what you seem to describe and it works for me:
*[[StyleSheet]]*
.viewer .noborder,
.viewer .noborder tr,
.viewer .noborder th,
.viewer .noborder td {
border: 0;
border-collapse:collapse
}
Would you mind reformulating the title or explanding a little. At least I
have no clue what you are trying to accomplish.
Cheers, Tobias.

Hi everyone,
as Kev was asking here [1] how to embed some fancy google code to embed a
custom search, I went a different road. Hopefully, achieving the same
desired outcome.
So, here's what I did: Allow the user input his search term(s) and open a
new window with the constructed search URL.
Hi Kev,
I have just opened a new thread about...

The TW core support for HTML does not let you put ANY wiki-style syntax

Hi!
If I'm not mistaken, you can use the nowiki/nowiki tags inside a
