Hi!
I just discovered a neat trick. Maybe it's obvious, but I'd like to share
it.
I wanted to transclude a tiddler fully, meaning: I wanted to have its title
as a headline.
Here is how I did it:
Create a template tiddler
Create a template tiddler called full, containing this:
! $transclude
When I click on the Download Empty button it downloads to 100% but the
progressbar in Firefox download center never disappears. Therefore I cannot
run the Tiddlywiki that sounded so great.
I'm running lates OSX and latest Firefox and have installed the latest
TiddlyFox extension. Does anybody
Hi Enar
I'm sorry you've been having problems; I'm afraid that I can't duplicate
the issue on my Mac which is also OS X Mavericks with Firefox 26. Do you
have any other Firefox extensions loaded that could be interfering with the
download?
Best wishes

Hi Daniel
OK, there's a fairly simple way of doing that by extending the template
that is used to display tiddlers in view mode.
1. Create a tiddler with a title such as $:/MyViewTemplate containing the
text:
$list filter=[is[current]tag[customer]] variable=listItem
Address: $edit-text
Hi Ton
Spreading out $:/Toggle-fluid-width-button, you've got this:
span title=Toggle fluid width
$fieldmangler
$list filter=[is[current]tag[$:/tags/stylesheet]]
$button message=tw-remove-tag param=$:/tags/stylesheet
class=btn-invisible{{$:/images/non-fluid-width-button}}/$button
/$list
$list
! $transclude field=title/
$transclude/
Better yet:
! $view field=title/
$transclude/

Hi Jeremy,
Thanks a lot for looking at my toggle width buttons.

Hi Jeremy!
While I was creating a new documentation today for work, I again came to
the point, where I really wanted a linebreak in a list. Using br is okay
for me, but still there is the problem that those lines will get pretty
long. I'm not allowed to enter a real linebreak as the list will

Hi Stephan
I think there's an easier approach to this particular problem: a new parse
rule could match /#\n/ and emit a br element. In earlier discussions the
backslash has been floated for this purpose, which I think I might prefer.
Best wishes
Jeremy.

Hi Ton
Secondly, the fieldmangler widget is set to use the current tiddler. When
you're viewing $:/Toggle-fluid-width-button normally, that will be the
current tiddler will be. When you're viewing it in the sidebar, the current
tiddler will be the sidebar.
I never thought about that and
Hi Dave,
Thanks for informing about notestorm and braintags. I would look over.
Second, there are also TiddlyWiki web hosting services. That would be
TiddlySpot, TiddlyWeb and TiddlySpace. For now they are built from
TiddlyWiki classic, but TW5 has comments about using it with
TiddlySpace and

Hi Jeremy,
Could you explain how did you do the diff'ing, just to make sure I'm
understanding what you're seeing?
CopyPaste More-System/Shadow Tiddlers to text files and then diff.
It's a system tiddler by virtue of it's name, but I'm not sure why it's
not being imported. What are the other
My idea was to make this configurable. It would also allow other
replacements like:
\replace /\(\(/span class=myButton/
\replace /\)\)/\/span/
This preprocessing would surround any ((buttontext)) with some html stuff
which a CSS would render in a button-like way.

Hi all, especially Jeremy,
http://tiddlywiki.com/ [1] shows since 5.0.4-beta a favicon (blue cat).
But an empty [2] or full [3] TW5 downloaded from http://tiddlywiki.com/ do
not show that favicon.
I tested this with Windows 7 64-bit, FF v26 and Chrome v31.

Hi,
Complete novice with html, can't seem to turn off the editing tools in TW5.
I just want to remove the 'edit tiddler', 'new tiddler', 'settings', and
'download' buttons. How would I do that?

Hi Stephen.
I'm enjoying your example file and wanted to give some feedback. Not sure
where to do that, so will do so here.
Firstly, a bug with the sidebar on Windows 7 (OK with Chrome)
- IE11: #ribbon can overlay the sidebar buttons making the right-most
ones unusable (depending on

It has a BUG!
TiddlyWiki stores positions where rules match.
When the replace pragma changes the source text, these positions are no
longer valid and so TiddlyWiki will start to miss text it needs to work on.
