Never mind. Figured out what was wrong and fixed it in CMakeLists.txt.

Actually, there are additional problems as well that seem to be related
to my confusion over which versions of these patches are the right ones
(I have some undefined symbols, etc.) Would really appreciate it if you
could release one unified patch to this list which applies and builds
cleanly agai
