IMHO, it would be really convenient if you maintained a set of patches within the TigerVNC source tree for now. Obviously these could be removed once there is a release of FLTK with them incorporated, but for now, I am still confused about which of the patches on FLTK.org I need to apply. I

Actually, there are additional problems as well that seem to be related to my confusion over which versions of these patches are the right ones (I have some undefined symbols, etc.) Would really appreciate it if you could release one unified patch to this list which applies and builds cleanly

The new FLTK based client is coming along nicely and now has a rather decent feature set. There are still a few regressions compared to the old client (biggest one being lack of full screen support), but I'd still say it is ready for some testing. To build the new client you need some things: -
