The inside looks very much like the inside of the 113. Different layout but
similar components and, it appears, also a 1 KHz motor.

Thanks Tom I am familiar with the unit and this looks really nice. But

The 115 does have a motor; the digital readout
If the 115 has no motor (and I'm not questioning you, Bill) what moves the
"digital" numbers? It looks like a clock drive, and the 1968 HP catalog
makes reference to an "additional drum," which also sounds like a motor
drive.

You don't have to use the long link. Just search eBay for item
#232426132876.
It's pricey because it is from one of those resellers of surplus
laboratory equipment. Who was that outfit in Texas?
The front picture reveals that the desiccant is saturated (indicator is
pink). Rear view shows
Definitely spendy. Is the 115 as noisy as the 113 (similar but w/analog
clock)? Wonder what *les douanes* would charge to get that back into USA?
Could you claim an exemption because it was Made in USA?

Thanks everyone for the swift and comprehensive response, the specific
device was purchased by a friend who is building a copy of my 100MHz
OCXO PLL using an HMC1031 and he wanted to check the voltage/frequency
and power specs.
I had tried their Twitter and the Contact Us on the Vectron
Hi
Sounds like a lot of fun getting everything to zero out :)
One thing to watch for is hysteresis. The tempco may not be quite the same
going hot to cold as going cold to hot.

Has nothing to do with us, but there's a very clean, minty looking hp 115AR
for sale on ebay with buy-it-now for ~US$1419. seems like something Time Nuts
aficionados would fancy. Note, the rear silver BNCs are oxidized, and no
special line/power cord..
see this item:

I'm doing some more work on the 5065A and thought I'd share the results
of a
modification (one of several that will be done on this unit).
I measured the +20V P/S temperature coefficient and got -13.5ppm per
degree C.
This equates well with the 1N938
Hi
Actually it *is* a standard Vectron part number. Once an OEM placed an order,
the specific part was issued
a 4 digit “code”. That plus the base model number made up the part number from
there on. On could debate
endlessly if it was to make reordering easier (fewer digits to make mistakes

The 724Y is a model in Vectron's CO-724 series.
