guessing that its support point is about 40 feet above the bottom of
the pit where they have little pins in a holder that are knocked over

Hi
How much room do you have for the pendulum? Size is going to impact the
choice of designs quite a bit.

Can someone please send me information on ordering programmed PICs?
It seems I arrived at the Pictic II party a bit late (I really need a
better clock) and digging back through all the messages has me lost.
I've only recently joined time-nuts and searching archives isn't easy.
Thank you so
Hi
A GR 1115B seems to be headed this way. I have no idea what condition it's in.
About all I have been able to find is the GR news article on the unit from
1961(?). Does anybody have a schematic or manual?
Thanks!

My latest project is a general coverage radio receiver (SDR-IQ), tuning from
very high audio frequencies (like bats) to 30 MHz in one-Hertz steps -- locked
to the GPS constellation. The dial is a 24 color monitor connected to a
laptop showing 190 KHz window of the band like a spectrum analyzer.
The manual scan is available from the GR Historical Society. There is a
very extensive list of their offerings in the Files section of the
GenRad Group on YahooGroups.

I have been involved with many kinds of radio receivers for over fifty years --
amateur, military, and commercial. This modified SDR-IQ is a dream come true.
When I was a young ham, I dreamed of the day when I might have a receiver that

If you want an HF radio that reads to a Hz, ready made, get a used HP

locked to an external standard.
A virtually unique feature is that it will lock onto

I picked up an old black bakelite phone in an antique shop and have it
