There is another problem besides the software, if I remember correctly the
FFT card resides on the computer, not on the PN9000 box.

We had a PN9000 at work some time back. As Rick says it came as a system. The
PC ran Windows 98 and the software IIRC came on a floppy. When the PC failed we
were well and truly stuck, by that time Aeroflex were no more and we had no
support. We did try to get it going on another PC, but no go.

did you buy the one from bmi-surplus? I was thinking about it for a long time.
But the missing Software Problem ... I was too lazy until noch to contact the
manufactor. Maybe you could purchase a licence there. Its a nice solution, if
you can make it work.
