Hmm, it will not do.
The .zip files should have .dsp files (at least) in CR-LF format.

For the next release I will arrange jkrelease.sh to the CR-LF in the needed
files...

Think you'll need a win platform for making those.
If you don't have one, I can build a .zip files.

No I don't have windoze, so please build the .zip files.

Hi,
Now most of the bugs are closed, the documentation updated, JK 1.2.14 is nearly
ready (changelog still needs some input).

I have put the current tarballs for testing at
http://people.apache.org/~jfclere/jakarta-tomcat-connectors/

I have compiled these on FreeBSD 4.10, Apache 2.0.54.
On tomcat side I have 4.1 and 5.0 versions.

No problems so far.

Yup :) It has the benefit that if it sees randomly placed ^M's
that don't coincide with ^J's, or if some ^J's have ^M's and some
don't, it asserts that the file is binary. --force will override
if, for example, someone tosses in a few ^M's or strips them making
the file inconsistent.

That's bad.
It should point to your apr-utils/include.

It's probably the apxs broken, and I doubt you'll
be able to compile *any* module, not just jk.

Well, the majority of apache distributions either have all httpd,
apr and apr-utils includes in a single directory.
The only difference is RHEL that has that separated, but even
there both apr and apr-utils includes are in the single directory.

Anyhow, it has nothing to do with the mod_jk.
He correctly queries and populates those include dirs if the
apxs reports them correctly.

Sorry, it was typo.

apxs -q APU_INCLUDEDIR
/home/jfclere/usr/local/apr-util/include/apr-1
your apr-util is at:
/home/jfclere/usr/local/apr-util/include

and that's where the includes should be thought.

OTOH it might be the error in the configure.in:

INCTEMP=`$APXS -q APR_INCLUDEDIR` `$APXS -q APU_INCLUDEDIR`

JFC,

there's no way you would build against apr-1 for an httpd-2.0
server (and, you must build against apr-1 for an httpd-2.1/2.2
server.) You forgot to mention how you configured.

The very first release of APR 1.0.0 was borked, it deployed
apr-config and apu-config, wiping out the 0.9 flavors. Today
it should be deploying apr-1-config (or apr-config-1, can't
