In my mind, the station you are talking about is very inconsiderate and lacking
poor judgement.
It is a common thing to call and say hi to someone on TB when the condx are
slow or poor propagation.

In my ecperience, this can explain why I hear western EU so much better
starting about 30 min before their SR.

I got on last and called cq at abt 0630z and worked an F6 and DF2. A few
minutes later worked an EA5. AZ was new state for him.
I'll take a listen starting abt 0300z but the West coast of EU is so much
easier for from 1 hr before ur your SR and peaking 15 min or so before.

Trevor,I called u for almost 20 minutes my Saturday evening just before ur SR.
U peaked 459 at times but u never hear me or some of the other Ws
