before sunrise to catch anything in the Pacific while also having stayed up
late hoping for an opening as sunrise moved across Europe.
It's March 6, 2004 around my sunrise. No signals on 160 CW
Congratulations, Steve! I bet he was nearly as elated to complete the
QSO as you were! That's almost exactly what it was like when I finally
snagged him back on 1/14, right down to the moments before sunrise.
Now to collect the card... and I presume we have to go direct...

of the hundreds of online Kiwi SDRs …. You can flip from one antenna to the
other instantly and the difference is readily apparent. RBN can never be A/B ‘d

Does anyone have any pictures to share of a Titanex V80E tuner (2kw) model.
There are two coils that run the length of the enclosure, one in the enclosure
and one in the top.

Tower leg ground clamps all have stainless steel between the tower and the
copper strap.
Seems like the lower conductivity of stainless could be a huge issue during a
lightning event. Yet, I haven't heard of this being an issue.
