[tor-relays] I think I my relay is broken

There is no IP listed unless I located the incorrect file. /etc/tor/torrc

207.172.253.216 is my public address

I do have the port forwarded. The whole point was so that anyone who
couldn't reach tor normally and had to use 443, 80 could do so with my
setup. I've noticed some weirdness with RCN though. Some IPs block and
allow access differently and as far as I can tell no one seems to know
why. I already had an issue with my streaming box not seeing my
server. Also I know I've had a site hosted on my computer before.
Without really knowing why getting a new IP resolved the issue.

This part looks the important part. When I try to reach
207.172.253.216:80, it looks like it's firewalled.

Is this the right IP address? Is your ORPort reachable? Is your
DirPort the one you wanted it to be?

If you think you set up a hole in the firewall correctly, but port
80 still isn't getting through, try picking a higher port -- ISPs
like Comcast and RCN have a habit of firewalling incoming ports for
all of their customers, "for their own security" or "to keep them from
running services" or whatever their reasoning is this time.

This is a normal notice for new relays.

What is on line 3 of your torrc?
It would help if you sent us your entire torrc.

Your relay's DirPort is not reachable from the outside.
So it won't join the tor network.

What is the configured Address in your torrc?
Is it 207.172.253.216?
Is 207.172.253.216 the public IPv4 address of your relay?

What is the configured DirPort of your relay?
Does port 80 on 207.172.253.216 map to port 80 on your relay?
(if you are behind a NAT)

Tell us what you think the issue is, and what you've tried doing to fix it.
Then we can be more helpful.
