Ahh that will be the WHS console. It does behave as you describe but
(to my knowledge) only for Windows updates, not updates to plugins such
as Squeezebox server. It would be nice if it did though.
It does. At least it should. If you're on 7.5.0, then you might see it in a few
days...

@peterw, can you provide a little more detail on the import process you
mention? Would I save that line of code as a txt file, e.g.
EnableStatusFirst.txt and then import it somewhere in the Settings
interface in SBS? Also, would {plugin.StatusFirst::disabled:1}
accomplish the opposite?

Hello,
I posted this inquiry in the audiophile section, didn't get any

3 - Touch remote/screen combination
4 - Controller
5 - Squeezebox/Transporter remote

No, I'm not using an external DAC, just the RCA analogue outputs to my

Aha, yes there is a click on the analog outs when changing sample rates.
The intensity seems to be constant, so if you run the volume at full and
run into a preamp the clicks are barely audible. BUT if you run directly
into a high gain amp and have the Touch volume set low, the clicks are

Hello and Welcome to the Forum!
You will just need to setup iPeng to work with your wireless network.
Follow the guide in iPeng so it sees your wireless network then pick
the Touch from the available Squeezebox devices. iPeng is a great
companion for use with Squeezebox. There is also an iPeng '

Question:
The SB Touch cannot talk directly to the iTouch. You need a wireless
access point in the picture somewhere. The access point doesn't have to
be connected to the internet but it does have to be there. It sets up
the wireless infrastructure that both Touches connect to.
The access point is where

Is the HD already connected to the SB touch? If not, the server on the

Good questions, all. Just asking if I would notice an obvious
improvement in sound. Not an audiophile, but I like the sound of my

other features of the Touch, but in the end it's all about the sound,
