Some basic questions: 1) what are you putting in the box(es) for Media Folder under LMS Settings in the web ui? 2) how are you implementing the "directory which is allocated to my media collection"? In other words, unless you are listing the five drives separately in question (1), how are you ind

It's bizarre, LMS seems so have a mind of its own. If I allocate one particular harddrive or folder within that hd to the music folder, LMS scans ALL music files on all harddrives connected to my pc, no matter what. The only way not to scan them is to physically remove them. And, like I said earli

Computer? OS? How are you telling LMS where to scan the 5 drives? Shortcuts in a folder? Sure there is not a dead link to an unused drive or folder? No scanning is required if you just use the My Music > Music Folder option. Scanning individual drives won't help in accessing the entire music
