I have no problem streaming 24/96 over WiFi but (and it is a big 'but') I have very high signal strength (circa 90%) the Touch player. Perhaps I am wrong but I have the impression that the WiFi bandwidth can fall when the signal strength drops beyond a certain level. Please correct me is I'm

OK thanks. I'll prob need it. I ordered it online today. Found an Aussie shop with a sale for a kit with all sorts of bits. (Including the NOOB i won't be needing.) Think I'm going to have to source a router and ethernet cable to do the downloads. Modem has one Ethernet which goes to the PC

If the modem handles your internet conection dhcp etc you probably just needs simple ethernet switch to multiply the aviable ethernet conectors ( the most simple switches just do that and require no configuration or settings )

Thanks everyone! I tried flac 24/96 over WiFi. Was OK, with one short dropout. If I go higher resolution, it might be a problem, but for now it will work. I read up on the Raspberry stuff, and that looks like an inexpensive solution for running LMS and using the Ethernet connection. I will
