Looking at the changes in the libmbim upload for Focal I noticed that mbim-proxy was moved from /usr/lib/libmbim/ to /usr/libexec/. This ends up moving a binary that is not included in $PATH and is installed by default on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS afaict. I don't know how many people would have scripts
