Turns out that resolvconf always filters out comments, so the only way
to get a comment in there is via /etc/resolvconf/resolv.conf.d/head. So
moving package.

The patch to use dynamic ports in the test looks very interesting, it's
something I wanted to fix for a while but never had to the time, so
