You can not connect to a pin required keyboard as the dialogue is not
shown.
This means that the device for all intents and purposes looks to be
connected, but if you disconnect from it you can not reconnect and the
device doesn't actually type anything because although it

I believe something went wrong with this install because my hard drive
space was too low. After reboot, the regular Unity desktop would not
load. I dropped to the command line and removed some files, did an
upgrade/update, and rebooted - now I can get back to desktop, but

handling - because it seems more to do with what the interpretation of
key input (that happens to be how the accelerator signals?) than actual
actions. What happens if you try booting with 14.10 kernel but leave

Don't know if it's the exact same problem since my settings were never
grayed-out and killing unity-panel-service didn't help, but I think #8
#31 relate to how I was able to fix datetime not displaying. I noticed

Cannot connect to device with MTP
Status in mtp package in Ubuntu:
For me yes. I get an mtp error in nautilus with the screen on. Oddly
though the icon appears in the launcher and if I click on I then get the
time out error.
