Hard to close an app

I tried pairing several devices with my Ubuntu Touch device. All of them
fail:
* Nokia-BH 503 (HFP + A2DP + AVRCP)
* Nokia-BH 905i (HFP + A2DP + AVRCP)
* Latest BMW infotainment system (HFP)
All of those devices are found during inquiry. Trying to pair them
causes the PIN
Being away for a while and not having the phone plugged in all the time
this happened to me too all the time. But the panel seems to lag behind
too. It's in sync, but outdated. The time only updates when the next
minute update is triggered which in worst case leaves you with an

Now that we're splitting the Dash to be a separate app,
activateApplication() needs to call url-dispatcher instead of directly
interacting with unity's ApplicationManager. For that it would be
required to change the parameter of activateApplication to give a fully
qualified
After some more tweaking I think we're in a position to close this bug
now. It shouldn't be any worse with QtComp than with trunk any more.

Ok, changed the spread to make applications invisible when they're
either outside the screen on the right, or covered by other apps in
spread mode.
Now we're painting at max 2 apps when idle or 6 apps when in full spread
mode. Should improve this situation quite a bit.
