I could share my problems with wifi but it sounds like you have your
own.
I would recommend a powered external drive with a fair amount of
capacity.
Reading the troubleshooting section it seems you have a one percent rule
for the TinySC to exist on. Not sure how much space your music files
I use my Touch with a USB hard drive plugged in and my entire music
collection is on this drive.
When I restart Logitech Media Server and set it to play random songs, it
will do that for a few hours, sometimes a few days. Then I'll get
silence.
First thing I try is to skip to the next song >>

This mght have nothing to do with the problem but is your USB drive
powered from the USB connection (rather than mains power). If so I'd try
connecting it via a powered hub, just to eliminate one possibility.
(I'm always a bit nervous about powering USB hard drives through USB
connections -
