The latest kernel which is working with my card was and could be installed
by:
apt-get install linux-image-3.11.0-20-generic linux-headers-3.11.0-20-generic
linux-tools-3.11.0-20-generic
So we can end the wild goose chase around build-essential here... It would be
much faster if we knew from beginning what you're trying to do. :)
Packages depend on other packages. In order to find out what packages package
A depends on you can use the commandapt-cache depends A

recommendable? I like inkjets. I scanner would be fine, but not necessary.

dependancies, the only software that I know of that can meet the dependancies
and that is the best I have heard so far is build-essential, that is why I am
