Thanks for reply. I'll try to test this method later to see whether it works
as expected. A minimal installation using Net-Install media is also a good
idea.
The current situation was caused by a stupid operation "for the convenience
sake" as mentioned above. When I tried to convert some au
This is not an uncommon problem with X200 series' wireless switches. My
workaround is to short the hardware switch and make the wireless devices
(WLAN, WWAN and bluetooth) always on, using only software switches to turn on
or off wireless devices.
I switched turned the switch to “off,” which promptly turned my
wifi/bluetooth off. However, when I push the switch to “on,” my
wifi/bluetooth isn’t turning back on. How do I fix this?
I just upgraded it to Etiona. Several functions/applications do not work
(back up, appearance, network ploxy, etc). I have sometimes got some kind of
notification that something called KVM conflicts with MATE, while upgrading
too. Those are not serious problems for me, though.

Thanks a lot for your reply and information!
In this case it's a Trisquel 7 Mini system, so, the desktop is LXDE, hope
that's less prone to issues.
I've tested the version-upgrade process through GUI tools in a
virt-manager:qemu-kvm virtual machine at home and everything went fine. Right

Hi,
you can always list your public keys with
gpg2 --list-public-keys
You should also be able to see them in Icedove Mail > Enigmail > Key
Management.
Glad you seem to have found a solution to your problem. Have a nice weekend.
The MATE desktop environment on one of my workstations is partially broken
(due to a stupid operation "for the convenience sake"). I've recently tested
Ubuntu 20.04 LTS. Though I was disappointed by the fact that it began to
install non-free software (other than firmware) by default, I was qu
I installed kgpg , it is added under Accessories but when I click on it , it
does not start. I disinstalled and reinstalled but again it does not start.

Hi,
I used the command you suggested, it works , message is "1 key imported" ...
but I am not able to find where the key is stored.

and it indeed saves memory and can save time thanks to fewer cache misses.
Thanks for sharing that elegant memory management device...oh you
So the question somehow comes down to how critical processor cache use
efficiency is for a given user, all other things equal.
Essentially every computer with a 64-bit architecture had better run a 64-bit
operating system. For all the reasons in the Wikipedia section I linked to,
