Recover with photorec/testdisk. Don't run weird commands without understanding them. I have no idea what the command does. It looks strange though. If the bashrc file is gone as well as documents you probably did "*c*" instead of "*.c". Make frequent backups. Always.

Just get a Samsung SSD. They're reasonably priced and they are reliable, unlike this one. It is just a generic SSD. Any SSD will work with your computer if it is the right size (I think they only make them in laptop size). Crucial SSDs also have a lifetime warranty or so I've heard.
