1. yes, the extension is "jinja" and they are inside templaes folder;
2. jinja2 version is 2.8
3. I can see the "extract messages from jinja" output when running
"python setup.py extract_messages"

I have the same version in my vertualenv with python version 2.7.8 and
2.7.12,
I tried both on linux and windows, and they are the same, not text inside
the tags was extracted into pot file. very strange
Problem with virtualenv ?
