"Upstairs Downstairs" on "Masterpiece Theatre" and "Doctor in the House" (my intro to Britcoms), although for the latter the logo was different than what Adam posted. (And "No Honestly" and "Agony" on our PBS station in Chicago at various times--"Doctor" was on commercial stations in the U.S.

If you are not a Regular viewer of LWT, I strongly suggest finding and watching this one. It would be slightly more enjoyable if you go back first and watch the initial Moore episode, but not really necessary. It is a great example of the multi-layered approach Oliver has perfected in this show:
