Heroku was our first public partnership, but Apigee was actually built
to work with all kinds of services and environments. We're continuing
to build out our add-on so that users can access the Debugger, the
Test Console, and Analytics from within the Heroku interface.

I'm worried about users like those in China behind The Great Firewall.
Currently, they can interact with Twitter by using proxies and http
basic auth. But OAuth requires access to twitter.com (or some sort of
mediation).
It appears that skip_user=true is ignored by the retweets returned in
a timeline method using include_rts=true
Is this a bug or as-designed?
And may I +1 uprise78's point about the utility of adding entities to
all returned tweets, especially search.
