Thank you for the help. I am going to attempt to install it with the C++
Builder 10.1 berlin again today. I tried with some project files that Jarek
posted and ran into issues with the directories it was trying to put library
files in. There are references to $(OSIDEVPCKG)\libs\

ICS is normally downloaded from:
http://wiki.overbyte.be/wiki/index.php/FAQ
where the latest overnight zip from SVN can be found, and also some
earlier stable

somewhere, but don't see where I can get it.
What I am trying to do is access a web api that has NTLM authentication - can
ICS do this?
