Sounds like they don't know how to setup the ODBC to your system. And
they would have to know how to get only the specific data they wanted
(date range, etc). Might be a bit much without you walking them through
it.

the report. So if you had a report named TEST, there would be a record
in the dictionary named TEST. This flag is in attribute 11 and can
be Y/N/A.
