I think it's a bit unfair to say nobody cares, as I'd like to see this. What I do think is that it's going a bit ahead of itself. At the moment I'm happy to use Flickr and, should the design team grow so large that a website is needed I'm sure then someone will fulfill that need. Ant 2009/10/9

For voting can we use ubuntu brainstorm? Depending on if the site were to have its own separate domain as far as I'm aware the Ubuntu Brainstorm website is built on Drupal and the voting system is a module/plugin for it. Rather than take up stapce on that site with votes for wallpapers I think
