the patch kinda worked for me.
i mean - i finally got the wireless to work but NetworkManager doesn't
recognize to wireless card, however, selecting wireless networks through
System - Administration -Networking is finally possible

Thanks - I've tried doing an update - nothing available. I guess it
could be a mirror thing, since my /etc/apt/sources.list file points to
the Australian mirrors. It's curious that they have the kernel updates
but not the linux-restricted updates.

I have opened the PDF document printed with cups-pdf in Adobe Reader and here I
can copy out the text.

The same here, although on Slackware 10.2.
The stock 2.6.13 kernel from the slackware instalation
disks was working perfectly.
The touchpad was detected as ImPS/2, and the touch-and-drag.
was working ok.
A new compile of 2.6.16.20 broke the things.
The new kernel detected the touchpad as SynPS/2
Update from 6/16 removed the Linux / Root Drive icon which was beside
Filesystem, but still there are some partitions shown in Computer
which are noauto in fstab or even not written there. That is only for
Computer; Nautilus sidebar shows correct. Plus, still can't change the
partition names

After more testing it seems that double clicking on a game after

I you change your desktops resolution with xrandr, this doesn't get
resettet to default, if you log out of the system, so other users (and
the login-screen) still have the changed resolution.

Changes through alacarte override the defaults, even after they are
corrected, and I'm not sure if alacarte has an easy way to remove them.
Also, this should be fixed since June, 14th, as I fixed this bug in
Rosetta 1 or 2 days after the Ubuntu 6.06 release, and there was a
language pack update

I think the problem resides in the i810 driver. It isn't just the wacom/gimp
problem on its own, I've been experiencing more problems than just my problem
with gimp when I use the dualscreen setup-configuration.
It seems i'm unable to view dvd's with totem (just dvd's) when the dualscreen
is
