After installing the latest OSS driver i have sound from both the
speaker and the headphone, but if I plug in a headphone it doesn't mute
the speaker. The other problem is that my logitech USB speakers stopped
working. I couldn't switch between the inner speaker and the USB
speakers anymore.

Yes, I agree and con confirm what Josh T wrote. A workaround is to
manually launch system-config-printer-applet (you could probably even
make a script to respawn it automatically, but it should be needless and
this bug should be fixed)

Unfortunately does not seem to solve completely. After some tests I
realized that.
When I turn off the primary server the secondary take control and mounts
the /dev/drbd0 and everything seems fine, but about 10 seconds later I

This behavior happens to me as well. Quite annoying, but I do not agree
that this is a showstopper. My workaround is to Restore, then Maximize
to fix the drawing error. I have to do this for each window that is
restored in Maximized state. This bug relates to Gnome's restoration of
maximized

I will try the shortcut to get into a console window. no way of
telnet/sshing into the box though.
