I updated the entry to 127.0.1.1 brownie as per

So the hotkey fires 2 acpi events... the first is for wifi, and the
second for bluetooth (not sure).
At the third keypress, the events are the same as the second keypress,
since bluetooth does no more come back on, but this is not our

I can confirm this too. I had the same problem when running 7.10.
Yesterday I upgraded to Hardy beta and still have the issue. I just
tried deleting ~/.cache/tracker this morning to see if rebuilding the
index might help -- it did not. This is what I observe:

Ok, I upgraded to Hardy today and the problem is gone. Sorry for taking
your time.
But on Gutsy, I just had an image on my desktop and I renamed it, which
caused the thumbnail to be replaced by a default image, and back into
the thumbnail. But the problem is gone in 2.22, so nothing to worry
lybniz 1.3.2-2 from debian fixes this. see

hm... why do we want this new version in? The 0.003-1 debian bug closed
is only relevant for perl5.10 (which we don't have in hardy) and the
others are actually only new introduced bugs from then.
Also there is one rdepends, libauthen-passphrase-perl. Any clues if this

Confirm here more or less: I've tried to install guest additions with

I am seeing this problem now on a fresh fully updated install of
8.08-beta i386 desktop running in the current virtualbox which uses the
vesa video driver.
Virtualbox is allocated 500megs of system memory on my twin xeon intel
se7505vb2 server with 4gigs of ram and with an ATI 9800 Pro graphics
The same sound problem with latest beta Hardy. I also update bios to
last version 1002 p5b-plus but no succsess. Sound device worked ONLY
with acpi=off or acpi=ht.
