It appears that NetworkManager can get confused when resuming from
suspend and re-enabling the network interfaces. It can believe that
eth0 (wired) is in use because of an avahi interface, and thus display
the wired icon in the panel.

I'm using soffice -headless -accept=socket,port=8101;urp + pyuno to open an

from my USB drive with a running projector, and navigating into my

Got that error message while trying to upgrade from a fresh gutsy
installation (with all patches) to hardy.
A unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade.

Java plugin is not registered with Firefox 2, only Firefox 3.
Solution: In sun-java6-plugin.postinst script, extend the
browser_dirs=xulrunner-addons
variable by firefox or firefox-addons.

a (small) part of the problem *might* be due to the recent documents? I
have no idea if .recently-used.xbel is used during startup, but if it
is, it is possible that it contributes to making the login time worse.
