display a warning like CJK font support is included in the non-free
package poppler-data, which is currently not installed on your system

Yeah that's right, the newest Intrepid updates does not fix this bug. I
have just installed and updated Intrepid last week, and my
NetworkManager can't get DHCP address with ipw2200 card. The two points
are green already, but the animation just keeps running and no

This is an update of the original report. I ran 2 nights with
compression turned off, and no errors. Everything ran to completion. I
turned compression back on last night, and it also ran to completion. So
it must be a transient error triggered by changes in one or more files.

This only occurred with Intrepid.
As the bug can render a server unusable due to CPU load, the fixed
package mentioned for Jaunty should be backported to Intrepid. I
consider it URGENT to address severe performance problems.

Looks like I was keeping an old lua bin in /usr/local/bin/ with the
other one installed via apt.

I don't intend to change this significantly. UUIDs do have their
problems, but so does every other available method. That said, I do
intend to fix bug 320871 for Jaunty, which will make it easier for
system administrators to assign labels. Labels aren't appropriate for
automatic assignment,
