When I enable indexing with Tracker my CPU goes to 100% within a minutes

I tried the hardy-proposed kernel on top of my intrepid installation.
The machine boots, but the resulting (hybrid) system has poor graphics
resolution and in general is not very usable. Probably, there are

I have this problem too. This couldn't have only appeared in Jaunty
because I've had this bug on Intrepid and Jaunty (x86), and again now on
Jaunty (64).

play in Totem 2.26.1.

not know how it is in Gnome, but in KDE there is the possibility to
associate with more then one filetype and sort by priority. I think it
is a reasonable assumption that most extensions are used in Firefox, so
